Workshops 1/2: “Selling on Etsy” and “What Is It?!”

Registration is now open for the first two FREE Professional Development Workshops presented by the Portland Etsy Team and hosted by Museum of Contemporary Craft.

Class sizes are limited, so please note that by completing the registration process, you are committing to attend. Reservations are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email and successfully confirm your subscription. Space is offered on a first-come-first-served basis, and once the classes are full, registration will close. A waiting list will be held in the event of any cancellations.

Let her walk you through some of those essential basics, highlighting useful tools and helping you build the skills needed to get yourself out there and welcome those first [or ongoing] sales.

Description: Sure, you could go out and spend a lot of money on a fancy camera and a professional studio setup, but why would you do that if you could craft something together and learn some handy skills that would have the same effect? Lisa Gastelum will be leading the conversation about all the different tools you can use to make your products be represented at their best. She’ll also teach you how to best describe your work to other people to facilitate full comprehension and promote sales.

  3. I too just registered but it says Workshop 2 on the confirmation. Does that mean I did not get in to the first? Oh man I hope it didn’t fill up that fast!
